Could I still qualify for the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition?

I graduated in the spring of 2010 and because of family matters I had to stay at home, but now I’m looking to finally go to college full time. Most of these scholarships, including the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition, either require you to be enrolled or an upcoming freshman. Even with taking a year off am I still eligible for these scholarships?

I won a gold metal in the scholastic art and writing competition, and at the ceremony there was only middle school and high school students. No college students, the oldest were seniors. im sorry you can always go to the website and call though
